Minutes of the 1st Executive Meeting – 14 December 2022
The 1st Executive Meeting of ULCS was held on 14 December 2022 under the chairmanship of Dr. Emi Rumi, President, ULCS.

Site Visit by Team Unyum Lwthe – 8th January , 2023
On 8th January 2023, Team Unyum Lwthe conducted a site visit at Dollungmukh village of Kamle District, Arunachal Pradesh, led by its President, Dr. Emi Rumi. The visit was part of the team's ongoing efforts to assess and plan for future projects in the region.


The 2nd Executive Meeting:
The meeting deliberated on the following key agenda items:

Website Creation: Development of an official ULCS website to strengthen communication and outreach.

80G & 12A Registration: Review of registration progress and steps for timely completion.

Detailed Project Report (DPR): Discussion on the preparation of DPRs for upcoming projects.

Land Issues: Review of land-related matters and possible courses of action.
-
Other Matters: Discussion on administrative issues and forthcoming activities.
The meeting concluded with the assignment of responsibilities and a roadmap for follow-up actions.
Site Inspection:
The team of Unyum Lwthe Charitable society visited Dollungmukh village of Kamle district to inspect the land for the establishment of Unyum Lwthe and its associated projects and marked its boundaries on September 14, 2024.


Site Inspection of Proposed Project Location:
Following the extension of the lease agreement between the Government of Arunachal Pradesh and the Indian Air Force, the initially proposed site for the Charitable Society was deemed unsuitable for the project. Consequently, an alternative and more suitable location was identified within Dollungmukh. A site inspection of the proposed location was conducted today in coordination with the project architect to assess its feasibility and plan for future development.
Foundation Ritual (MOIEN / Bhumi Pujan)
The sacred MOIEN (Bhumi Pujan) ceremony for the Unyum Lwthe Charitable Society was solemnly observed on 18 February 2025 under the guidance of Priest Bini Teki. Shri Bini Laxman, Member Secretary of the Local Committee, ULCS, formally inaugurated the ritual, signifying an auspicious beginning for the Society's future endeavours.


Site Inspection:
“On 26th April 2025, the Executive Members and Team Members of the Unyum Lwthe Charitable Society conducted a comprehensive site inspection at Tatkoro, Dollungmukh, to assess the progress of the infrastructure development for the relocated Unyum Lwthe project. The inspection focused on reviewing ongoing developments and ensuring alignment with the project’s objectives. During the visit, the team also held discussions regarding the infrastructure development under the Community Service Responsibility (CSR) scheme and also submitted a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the construction of infrastructure for non-formal preschool to the General Manager of Human Resources at NHPC Ltd. Gerugamukh.

In addition, Shri Jeet Bini, the Land Development Coordinator for the project, has been pivotal in overseeing the land development activities, ensuring the successful execution of the land-related components of the project.”
Meetings on Future Development of ULCS
On 24 June 2025, a delegation of the Unyum Lwthe Charitable Society (ULCS), comprising Smt. Higio Aruni and Shri Bai Taba, and guided by Shri Sandeep Kavishwar Ji, Organising Secretary, ICCS, met the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister to discuss the future development and vision of ULCS. The delegation also held a meeting with Shri Shyam Parande Ji, Global Coordinator, Seva International, to explore avenues of cooperation and support for the Society's initiatives.


General Governing Body Meeting of ULCS
The General Governing Body Meeting of the Unyum Lwthe Charitable Society (ULCS) was held on 30 August 2025 at the Conference Hall of Arunachal Vikash Parishad, C-Sector, Itanagar. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Emi Rumi, former President of ULCS, and attended by Shri A.K. Sridharan, Pramukh, Akhil Bharatiya Kalyan Ashram Chhatravas, and Ar. Techi Gubin, Vice President, All India Akhil Bharatiya Kalyan Ashram, who served as the Chief Election Commissioner.

The proceedings were followed by a formal handing-over and taking-over ceremony between the outgoing and incoming President. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Shri Take Dakpe, Assistant General Secretary.
1st CEC Meeting of ULCS
The 1st Central Executive Committee (CEC) Meeting of the Unyum Lwthe Charitable Society (ULCS) was held on 17 November 2025 at the AVP Karyalaya under the chairmanship of its President, Smt. Higio Aruni Ji. The meeting deliberated on key organizational matters and future plans for the Society's growth and development.


Site Inspection at Tatkoro, Dollungmukh, Kamle District
As resolved during the 1st CEC Meeting of ULCS, a site inspection was carried out on 23 November 2025 at Tatkoro, Dollungmukh, Kamle District, in connection with the proposed construction and development of the ULCS project site.
Bhumi Pujan for Arogya Nature Care and Yoga Retreat
On 6 December 2025, the Bhumi Pujan ceremony for the construction of the Arogya Nature Care and Yoga Retreat was solemnly performed by Priest Bini Teki at Tatkoro, Dollungmukh, Kamle District. The ceremony was attended by members of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) and the Village Level Committee of ULCS, marking the auspicious commencement of the project.


Inspection of Water Supply Connection at ULCS Site
On 21 December 2025, an inspection of the water supply connection at the ULCS project site was carried out in the presence of Shri Bini Tajek, Vice-Chairman, ULCS, and members of the Village Level Committee. The inspection was undertaken to verify the functionality of the water supply system and ensure the availability of adequate water for the site's ongoing development and future activities.
Site Inspection Conducted
Following the decision taken during the online meeting held on 11 April 2026, a site inspection was conducted on 17 April 2026 by the ULCS team under the leadership of President Smt. Higio Aruni. The visit aimed to assess the site and review the progress of planned activities on the ground.


Inspection of Water Source at ULCS Site
On 18 April 2026, officials from the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), along with members of the ULCS Committee, conducted a site inspection of the proposed water source in compliance with directions issued by the Department. The visit was undertaken to assess the suitability and feasibility of the water resource for the project's requirements.
An inspection of the ongoing ULCS construction work was conducted on 12 July 2026 at Tatkoro, Dollungmukh, Kamle District, led by General Secretary Shri Narad Murtem (ULCS), Member Sunilji (ULCS), and Ms. Maya Murtem, Founder Member (ULCS). The inspection focused on reviewing the progress of the construction work and assessing the current status of the project.


A moment of prayer before continuing the work at Tatkoro, Dollungmukh Village, Kamle District. Grateful to everyone whose time, effort and contribution are helping make Unyum Lwthe possible. Every contribution matters, and together they keep this dream project moving forward. Work in progress.
The layout work for the Elderly Home under the Unyum Lwthe Project at Tatkoro, Dollungmukh, Kamle District was carried out today by Architect Gioni Siga, along with General Secretary Shri Narad Murtem (ULCS). The layout work was undertaken to finalize the proposed design and plan for the elderly home.


The ULCS team, led by its General Secretary Shri Narad Murtem (ULCS), met with the Executive Director of NHPC Ltd., Subansiri Lower Hydro Project, Gerukamukh, at his office today. During the meeting, the team shared ideas and suggestions regarding various social activities that could be undertaken through NGOs for the benefit of the community.
The Executive Director warmly assured the team of his continued support and guidance for such noble initiatives in the future. His humble and soft-spoken nature left a deep impression on all the members present.

The foundation pillar for the Short-Stay Home for the Elderly under the Unyum Lwthe Charitable Society (ULCS) was formally erected today at the ULCS construction site in Dollungmukh.The occasion was graced by the presence of Shri Nabam Tarang, Sub-Divisional Officer, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, marking the formal beginning of this important humanitarian initiative.The foundation-laying ceremony represents a significant milestone in the project and reflects the continued commitment of ULCS towards creating a supportive and dignified space for the elderly, while contributing to the welfare and development of the local community.
